STERLING MARLIN | CASE STUDY

CLIENT: Sterling Marlin - Sterling Marlin is only the third driver in NASCAR history to win back-to-back Daytona 500's, the Super Bowl of racing - joining Richard Petty and Cale Yarborough.

In recent years, he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, but continues to race in the Pro Late Model series in Nashville.

PROJECT BRIEF: The primary objective was to rebrand Sterling and his race team with a new logo, fire suit, helmet, apparel and more all while capturing both candid and studio portraits that show Sterling is still strong and competitive, despite his diagnosis.

I have also taken on the arduous task of archiving memorabilia from Sterling's career including trophies, helmets, fire suits and more to create a digital archive and museum.

BRAND IDENTITY

The second phase of this project was to create a brand identity for Jeremy that would serve as a graphic representation of not only his personal style, but also serve as a functional representation of his comedy tour and what it's about.
